Case against CCA

This firm represents the inmates against Corrections Corporation of America, Inc. (CCA). In the pending litigation the lawsuit alleges the Aryan Knights and the Severely Violent Criminals and other gangs were able to gain control from staff after prison officials began housing members of the same gangs together in some cellblocks to reduce expenses. The lawsuit also alleges a staffing scheme that our clients claim CCA is using to give the appearance more correctional officers are on duty. Our clients contend fewer guards were on duty than were listed in the staff logs during the attempted murder caught on the prison’s security cameras, seen below.
