Natasha Hazlett Elected to Serve as Secretary /Treasurer for Taxation, Probate & Trust Law Section
Attorney Natasha Hazlett was elected to serve as the 2012 Secretary/Treasurer for the Taxation, Probate & Trust Law Section of the Idaho State Bar.
The mission of the Taxation, Probate & Trust Law Section of the Idaho State bar is to efficiently provide its members and the general public throughout Idaho with the resources to broaden their knowledge in the areas of tax, probate and trust law through education, interaction with government employees and personal contact.

Angstman Johnson Hires Immigration Attorney
Angstman Johnson is pleased to announce that John C. Barrera has joined the Boise, Idaho firm as an associate attorney and is heading up the firm’s immigration practice.
Mr. Barrera has extensive immigration experience in dealing with matters involving employment based visas, immigrant visas, asylum applications, U-visa applications and removal proceedings.
Mr. Barrera is also an experienced Criminal Defense attorney obtaining dismissals and acquittals in various cases involving Drug Trafficking, Homicide, Theft Offenses and cases involving Traffic Offenses including Driving Under the Influence (D.U.I.) charges.
He is regularly consulted by the criminal defense bar and has co-hosted a weekly hour long radio show taking immigration questions to help guide the Treasure Valley community.
Mr. Barrera earned his Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School. He is fluent in Spanish and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the National Immigration Project and the Idaho Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Angstman Johnson Aquires Labrador’s Law Practice
Boise law firm Angstman Johnson is acquiring the immigration practice of Congressman-elect Raul Labrador, R-Idaho
Angstman Johnson will operate Labrador’s former practice as a separate entity, Accelerated Immigration. Attorney John Barrera and three staff will move from Labrador’s former practice in Nampa to the new entity, which will handle the immigration needs of clients who wish to become legal residents and workers.

Angstman Johnson hires Estate Planning/Probate Attorney

Mrs. Hazlett is experienced in estate planning, administering decedent’s estates and trusts, and litigating adversarial probate matters.
