Associate

Janine has over 20 years of civil litigation experience in Idaho and has practiced in federal and state court, as well as before administrative agencies. Janine’s extensive experience in the areas of bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and workers’ compensation, and nursing background makes her well-suited to help with personal injury and health law matters. Her goal is to help clients reach a prompt resolution of contested matters, whether that involves litigation or other methods of dispute resolution.

Prior to law school, Janine served as an Army Nurse Corps Officer earning the rank of Captain. She has a B.S. in Nursing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She received her J.D. magna cum laude from Gonzaga University School of Law. Janine was a recipient of the Thomas More Scholarship; Gonzaga Law Review; and Legal Research and Writing Awards.

In her free time, Janine loves watching her sons play sports (baseball, skiing, soccer, and wrestling) and staying active with her dogs.
