Nathan is married to Desarae Harding of Twin Falls, Idaho and they have five children. He is an active member of his community, has coached youth sports teams for many years, and is actively involved in Church and other community activities.

Nathan earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Brigham Young University. He obtained his law degree from the University of Idaho. Nathan then continued his legal education at the Chapman University School of Law where he earned an LL.M. in Taxation.

Nathan practices in the areas of business, litigation, taxation, trusts, probate, wills, estates, and adoptions. He earned an advanced law degree (LL.M.) in Taxation from the Chapman University School of Law in Orange, CA. Nathan advises individuals and entities regarding tax issues, business matters, and assisting individuals and families in all areas of adoption.
